When booking hotels, choose only those with fitness centers and/or guest passes to nearby gyms. They work like energy bars and keeps your hungry monster at bay and your metabolism pumping by having a granola bar or protein bar in the morning and in between meals. You can stock up before your trip and you can also typically buy them abroad at any convenience store.
8. Take The Stairs And Work Those Glutes!
Everyone knows that taking the stairs is a good workout, and that it’s better than taking the elevator. But it’s the actually doing it that most people fail. We all tend to slack off during our travel, but if you put in a little discipline in climbing those stairs, you also end up crunching your mid-section and burning those calories you may just gain after a heavy lunch or dinner.
9. Buy Groceries Instead Of Always Eating Out
Try to buy groceries when you’re traveling instead of always eating out at restaurants. Not only will it save you money, but it will save you from over-eating, and help keep your healthy diet on schedule.
